Shipping Policy

We ship in two days after orders are received, Monday through Friday, by EMS. If EMS is not available, we will use FedEx, DHL, or other shipping companies.

• Shipping Fees: None. We offer free shipping on all orders.
• Local Distributors: If there is an authorized distributor in the destination country, you will not be able to purchase our products directly from us and must buy from the distributor. Please get in touch with us for information on distributors in your country.
• Delivery Time: Generally 2–7 days, but may be delayed due to EMS shipping conditions.
• Customs & Duties: The buyer is responsible for customs clearance in the destination country. If customs duties are required, the buyer is responsible for paying them.
