Refund Policy
This site sells food supplements, so we do not accept returns. We will replace a product only if it is damaged or defective.
For Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the product so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
